Bly Gardens offers a boutique, elegant and ultra private setting in lush tropical gardens, surrounded by the Australian Bush. Our private road leads to the large Pavilion Lawn, Entry Arbour and Pavilion Chapel, draped in Wisteria. Conveniently located just 25 mins to Brisbane City, allows the Wedding Party to have all the essential elements for a stress free & relaxed preparation in the city and a restful drive to the big day.
Bly Gardens - 2026 Elopement Packages
Bly Gardens - DIY Mid Week Elopement - $1,550
This Monday – Thursday experience is held in our pavilion chapel allowing
2 hours for your vows and to mingle with 20 wedding guests.
This will include 20 chairs, signing table with 2 additional chairs. If choosing a cocktail reception this includes an additional 2 hours in the gardens. (If alcohol is to be served this will require our RSA staff at cost)
Bly Gardens - Weekend Elopement - $4,950
This Friday – Sunday experience allows 7 hours in the gardens for 40 guests. There are multiple photo opportunities in the gardens, so you can take your time to catch your breath and enjoy your day. You can pair your BYO Beer, Wine & Cocktails with our curated selection of canapes with our Reception package.
What’s included:
- Wedding Cake on a styled table. (incl. a tasting box & design advice upon booking)
- Stunning tropical garden with Entrance Arbour and elegant Welcome Sign.
- 7 hours venue hire including set up and pack down.
- Fully styled Pavilion Chapel
- BYO ready Iconic Bar Cart with all glassware . Plus 6 x dressed dry bars
- 2 x RSA Bar staff for 7 hours.
- Multiple photo opportunities
- 2 x Bathroom facilities
- Chairs/stools/tables as required, plus styled signing table & 2 chairs
- 2 x Roving mics and sound system for your playlist
- Self-Serve Tropical Tea & Coffee Cart

Add on - Reception Catering
Your Cocktail Styled Reception allows your guests to nibble and mingle while attended by 2 x dedicated service staff. A curated mix of elegant and generous canapes will also be provided to you and your attendants, while you have your photos taken in multiple locations in the gardens.
Reception is an additional $40/adult & $20/child (under 12 years)
Important Notes
Our close proximity to the CBD allows guests to conveniently use ride share services or the provision of a shuttle service to ease guest transportation. This is our preferred method as there is limited parking availability here and safer for all.
The music must cease at 10pm and venue clear by 10.15pm. Your shuttle service would also provide the ‘After Party Goers’ to travel safe.
Wet Weather Plan - we have a large semi-permanent marquee set up in the bottom garden. Several clear personal umbrellas, market umbrellas and
2 x Quality 3m x 3m Gazebos. We’ve got you covered!

Private & Intimate Space
You will have 4 hours Exclusive Use of our event space, which is a large tropical manicured garden, with a large nuptial pavilion. You will arrive through the private gateway and follow the bitumen drive to the arrival arbour. This will be elegantly draped in sheer fabric offering only first glimpses of a stunning bride. The pavilion also elegantly draped and styled.
Wedding Cake & Cocktail Catering
After the celebration of cutting your Wedding Cake, our in-house catering team will provide a range of delicious sweet and savoury options for your 20 guests while you can relax and enjoy the stress free moment. BYO Refreshments. Should you choose to have alcohol to celebrate we can provide 1 RSA qualified staff member.
Central Location
At Bly Gardens Event Space, we pride ourselves on creating unique and unforgettable experiences for our clients and their guests. Our team of experienced professionals will work with you to bring your vision to life. At an additional cost we can arrange a celebrant and photographer. We are located close to the city, so many choose to stay in the city following events and continue to PARTY!
Terms & Conditions for Elopement Giveaway
This giveaway is open to all couples over 18 years of age, that are legally able to marry in Australia. This prize is not transferable for cash or other options. The prize must be taken during the months of November or December 2025. (This allows time for a wedding application, after speaking with your celebrant) This prize is strictly limited to 20 guests and held in daylight hours. Dawn to Dusk! Drawn 30th August 2025. - This will be live streamed on Facebook for transparency.
